Hands Held High

At a co-writing session, three worship leaders met for the first time and wrote Hands Held High. Together they discussed themes of surrender, proclaiming the name of Jesus, and the Lamb who was slain which were all formed to create the heart of this song. Although it may be daunting, this song aims to inspire people to step out of their comfort zone. The line “with my hands held high” encourages people, as well as myself to give your life over to God in surrender and to always glorify the King of Kings.
