“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.” John 3:16,17
When you sincerely ask Jesus Christ to be your Lord and Saviour and to forgive your sins, you become a child of God and you are forgiven. The Bible says, “As many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe on His name.” Your sins are forgiven and God says you have the gift of eternal life in heaven. You can thank God every day for His wonderful gift of new life in Jesus Christ.
“This is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.” John 17:3
