Bright’s career is rooted in veterinary care, surgical expertise, and operational management. However, he has extensive experience in facilities maintenance, custodial work, and event setup. He is a hands-on kind of person and enjoys working with his hands, keeping things organized, and finding ways to support others behind the scenes.

He sees this as a ministry and an opportunity to give back and serve in a practical way and help create a space where people feel safe, welcomed, and ready to connect with God.
