We are offering a week of guitar lessons for students Grades 6-8! Great for beginners who are interested in learning guitar and want to start with basics and see if it’s a good fit. A great new skill to learn this Summer! Learn from Kevin Cooper a skilled, contemporary guitarist who has been playing, teaching, and leading bands for over 13 years!

Group classes run from Tuesday July 2nd- Friday 5th from 1-4pm ending with a special BBQ for parents and guitar students!

Total cost for the week is only $20.00 which includes your guitar rental. Limited spaces are available – register early!

Please note this week is only open to students in grades 6-8. If you are in high school and are interested, sign up for our guitar camp week for grades 9-12 in August.

I/We, the parents or guardians listed above, hereby grant Heartland, A Church Connected and/or its staff permission to act in any emergency and seek medical attention for my child, if parent/guardian or family doctor cannot be reached. In addition, my child has permission to participate in all event activities. I hereby agree to release Heartland, A Church Connected and its staff against any liability incurred as a result of any injury or loss sustained during participation in the program. I agree that any photos/videos taken may be used for any promotional materials.

The safety of each individual is of the utmost importance to Heartland, A Church Connected. My child and I recognize a personal responsibility to learn and follow at all times, safety and other rules established by Heartland, A Church Connected staff. My child and I understand that any behaviour that places my child, or others, at risk may result in immediate dismissal. I agree to assume any expense(s) arising from program dismissal. I understand no refund will be granted for dismissal or removal of my child at my request before the end of the event.

I have provided complete and accurate allergy and health information. I understand if my child has special needs and receives one-on-one support in their regular school or home environment, I must provide a certified care-giver (with valid police check) to participate in the program. If Heartland feels a student requires a caregiver to ensure a positive program experience, the parents will be requested to provide a caregiver.
