We are committed to refreshing and inspiring our community by serving people in the City of Mississauga and the Region of Peel in tangible ways. We believe that the church should be active in making our neighbourhoods the best they can be – and that’s why we’re developing a new facility at 1100 Canadian Place.
Connecting with the Community
Heartland is focussed on providing tangible help to families in our community. Each year, we provide 100 backpacks filled with school supplies to under-resourced families. We also host a Thanksgiving Banquet for under-resourced families to celebrate together with a catered meal, and we host a free income tax clinic each spring to file income tax returns for community members who need assistance. Our desire is to be of real help – and that’s why we’re developing a new facility that will enable to serve our community to an even greater degree.
