We are committed to refreshing and inspiring our community by serving people in the City of Mississauga and the Region of Peel in tangible ways. We believe that the church should be active in making our neighbourhoods the best they can be – and that’s why we’re developing a new facility at 1100 Canadian Place.
This facility is designed to serve the individuals and families in our community with excellence, featuring a gymnasium, large, open atrium foyer, and spaces specifically designed for children and students from birth to age 18 to connect with one another. We believe in providing mentorship opportunities, safe spaces for kids to grow and learn, and in meeting practical needs.
Heartland is focussed on providing tangible help to families in our community. Each year, we provide 100 backpacks filled with school supplies to under-resourced families. We also host a Thanksgiving Banquet for under-resourced families to celebrate together with a catered meal, and we host a free income tax clinic each spring to file income tax returns for community members who need assistance. Our desire is to be of real help – and that’s why we’re developing a new facility that will enable to serve our community to an even greater degree.
Will you consider partnering with us to provide these mentorship opportunities and tangible acts of service to residents of Mississauga? This facility is simply a tool to help us reach further and impact more people than ever before – and we’re grateful for your support!
