The set-up and tear-down time must be included.
The minimum duration for renting any room in the facility is 2 hours. Renters are required to book and pay for a minimum of 2 hours for each rental period. Any rental duration less than 2 hours will not be accepted.
The auditorium rentals start at a minimum of 4 hours.

Main Auditorium& Foyer: "for sanctuary prices, please schedule an appointment" (500 people)

Auditorium rentals start at a minimum of 4 hours.

Multi-Purpose Room: $50/ per hour (60 people)

Gymnasium: (for sports) - $80/hour

Gymnasium: for hall/church rental - $150/hour (120 people)(includes a/v system, chairs and up to 5 round tables and 6 rectangle tables)

Nursery Room: $50/ per hour (12 children +2 Adults)

Pre-school Room: $50/ per hour (30 Children +2 Adults)

Kitchen:(Catering/ Serving Food) $150.00/per session

Parking - $2/hour/spot ($15 daily maximum) (150 spots)(Due to the nature of certain events, this fee can be waived or reduced.)

Please Note

*Cleaning and additional support personnel to be present for the rental will require an additional cost based on the nature of the rental.

*There is a security, damage, and cleaning deposit of $500. If all parts of HACC are left in the same condition as before the rental, the deposit shall be returned.

*For all auditorium rentals, a late exit deposit of two hours ($800).
